Coastal development and entanglement in fishing gear are also discussed. A photograph does not establish the condition of an entire nesting beach.<\/p>\n<h2>Try a learning activity<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Draw an imaginary shoreline with buildings, lights and open water.<\/li>\n<li>Mark questions about the direction and reach of light.<\/li>\n<li>Compare two layouts without proposing changes to a real beach.<\/li>\n<li>Write a visitor checklist based on the relevant local guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Reflect on the evidence<\/h2>\n<p>Compare your record with the source.
